Matt Stephens is a Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser with an A.A.S. in Health and Exercise Science. He began his career in hearing healthcare in 2022 with America’s Best Hearing after 14 years in retail management. Inspired by his father, who was a Hearing Instrument Specialist for 17 years, Matt was drawn to a career where he could make a real difference in people’s lives by helping them improve their hearing and overall quality of life. Matt specializes in adult hearing aid fittings and custom hearing protection, treating every patient as if they were a member of his own family. His compassionate, patient-first approach ensures each individual feels cared for and supported on their hearing journey.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing pickleball and golf, as well as camping, hiking, kayaking, and biking with his wife, Rhea. In the winter, he also officiates high school and college hockey games.
