Melissa G. Miller is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with decades of experience in the hearing healthcare field. She began her career in 1987 working in her family’s hearing aid manufacturing business. She earned state certification in Minnesota in 1995 and achieved her Board Certification in 1997. In addition, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, as well as Associate Degrees in Accounting and Small Business Management.

With a career rooted in both the technical and patient care sides of the industry, Melissa is dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and fitting software. Shyanne Abbott is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee with a strong passion for helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing. She is skilled in evaluating hearing needs, fitting and programming devices, and providing patient-centered care that enhances communication and confidence.

Hearing healthcare runs in Shyanne’s family. Her grandparents owned a hearing aid center, and several of her relatives including her mother, aunts, and grandparents worked as hearing instrument specialists or in hearing aid manufacturing. Inspired by their legacy, she chose to follow the same path.

Shyanne focuses on patient care and guiding patients through their hearing journey. She takes pride in delivering personalized solutions that help individuals reconnect with the world around them.

Outside of work, Shyanne enjoys spending time with her family, building Lego sets with her significant other, and getting lost in a good book. She also loves to travel, hike, and explore the outdoors.
