Joel Shanahan’s journey into audiology was inspired by personal experiences growing up surrounded by loved ones with hearing loss and some with total deafness. His strong desire to help others led him to the hearing care field about 15 years ago, when he joined a reputable hearing aid organization. From that moment, Joel found his calling and has been passionate about helping people hear better ever since.

Known for his dedication and determination, Joel takes pride in doing things the right way and never giving up. This commitment is reflected in the care he provides to his patients, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their hearing needs.

 

Outside of work, Joel enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. His favorite pastimes include exercising, gardening, fishing, hunting, and reading. What truly makes him unique, however, is his love for walking in heavy rain or storms, a refreshing and exhilarating experience that he embraces wholeheartedly.
