Melissa G. Miller is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with decades of experience in the hearing healthcare field. She began her career in 1987 working in her family’s hearing aid manufacturing business. She earned state certification in Minnesota in 1995 and achieved her Board Certification in 1997. In addition, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, as well as Associate Degrees in Accounting and Small Business Management.

With a career rooted in both the technical and patient care sides of the industry, Melissa is dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and fitting software. She is known for her creative problem-solving, finding personalized solutions for patients with unique needs such as specialized molds or challenging fittings.

Melissa takes pride in treating every patient like family. She listens attentively, understands that each person’s hearing loss is unique, and helps guide them through their hearing journey with kindness, compassion, and respect.

Outside the clinic, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, camping, and vacationing.
